It's Been Awhile

Hello all,

I haven't posted anything in a long while now, so this post is basicly just to let you all know that I'm still here.
My art work has been pretty slow lately.
With the permission of a couple of people I would like to post my two latest drawings... So those may be up soon.
I've also done a few little sketchs over the past couple months, which I may post tomorrow.

Oh and I have added some info on my commmission work in the sidebar for those that may be interested.

Uncle's Tattoo Finished

Well here it is... I'm finally finished.


I will try and get a picture of it up after he gets it done...
(it's going on his back)

Commission Work

I wanted to let everybody know that I'm doing commission art work... I do graphite pencil portraits of people such as you or your kids and I can also do animals if you would like me to draw a portrait of you pet or anything like that.
Prices will depend on the size you would like and the number of subjects in the portrait.

My Uncle's Tattoo... it's getting there...

Just an update on the tattoo I'm designing for my uncle... I've only worked on it for a few hrs. since I last posted about it but I guess you could say I'm about half way done with it... anyway here is another preview.

Designing a Header

Okay so I wanted to draw a cool picture to put on the header of this blog... but I wasn't sure of what I wanted to draw, and so I was looking through some pictures I have and I saw a picture of an assassin jumping at his target, then it hit me... I could replace his knife with a pencil and replace his target with an easel... and so that is what I decided to do.
And now after around 6 hrs I've finished the outline.
It should be finished soon... but till then here's a preview.

Designing My Uncle's Tattoo

This is my current project...
My uncle called some time last month and ask me if I would do him a favor and I say okay and he says he wants me to design him a tattoo of a lion pride to go across his back and that he wants each lion to represent him and his wife and each one of his kids...
So I did lots of searching the web and gathering pictures of lions and after hours of looking for good lion pictures I finally got what I needed...
So then I got all the lions arranged how I liked and thought it didn't look too bad.
So now I have finished the outline and I'm starting on the shading and detail and so this is what I have done so far...
